Working on a vending locker concept that supports payment collection via mobile money in Nairobi, Kenya. The long-term idea is to automate small kiosk operations by leasing the locker technology for monthly fee. I have figured out most of the hardware work and currently in prototyping phase. Open to getting a co-founder with electronics and embedded systems background.
Twitter is it's own enemy. There's no way to adjust video quality for a smoother streaming experience. Twitter Lite has a horrible user experience; you have to manually click on each image to load and the images seem to be full quality which defeats the purpose of data saving. Why can't they build an app like Facebook Lite? Facebook lite is small in size to download (less than 1.5MB) and has nicely compressed images and videos.
This may be partially unrelated. If one of the reasons of you wanting to deeply know your co-founder is the fear of her leaving the company in future please consider having a vesting schedule with one year cliff. This will allow you ample time to know each other well.
I have found that the best way to be really good at something is by practically doing it. I would suggest that you start building out your business ideas despite the little coding you may have. You coding and design skills will greatly improve. It's also been the most efficient way, for me, to learn.
