This is awesome. I looked up my home gym and was pleased to see it there.

One thing I would really like to see is the schedule. I see you have hours of operation. But being able to see what the actual class schedule is would be pretty helpful. I can imagine that would be difficult to consistently scrape, since not every time posts that ( for some reason )

Thanks for the great idea! I definitely will try to find a way how to do it! Marten

Oh no, mine's on there

No, it's aliens

Maybe the aliens are the ones responsible for the bad data.

Maybe they were phone all along.

we need a few more sensors in your house to neither confirm nor deny this.

How does Dynamic differ from ImmutableX's Passport^[0]? And why should someone use Dynamic over them?

[0]https://www.immutable.com/products/passport

I think we and ImmutableX are trying to tackle slightly different problems and can potentially work together vs compete.

You can think about Dynamic as a web3 auth0 - that is, we are a breadth-first company, tackling authentication, authorization and onboarding.

We integrate with branded self-custodial wallets such as Metamask and Phantom, as well with key management providers such as Magic.link and web3auth for invisible wallet creation.

The way I understand what ImmutableX does (and this is based on limited outside-in observations so if someone has been info please correct me), it is focusing on the wallet-creation part for onboarding. That is, if you don't have a wallet you generate one through their flow and I assume have an Immutable passport you can carry around apps as a branded wallet.

If my understanding is correct, ImmutableX can actually plug into Dynamic's email/social login, generating a passport instead of a wallet via a different key provider.

So in short, the reason you would chose Dynamic is to find an all-in-one user management platform where you can support everything, ranging from invisible/embedded wallets to branded ones, as well as go beyond auth into user management, analytics etc.

Find something else that you can direct your grind into. Personally, I found Jiu Jitsu to be a great outlet for the grind.

Yes, getting obsessed about something physical is an answer to mental obsessions.

Just type in "continue" and it will continue

Cool. War propaganda.

I'm sure there are a number of ways to do this but here's how I would approach it.

1. Move Postgres to either it's own instance or use RDS

2. Move Redis to either it's own instance or use Elasticache

3. Convert your cron jobs to Lambda functions that run on cron timer

4. Move your EC2 instance behind a load balancer and create an autoscaling group

Yep this is good strategy for AWS. I has a Django system with 10k users with this exact setup that ran for 3 years before being superceded.

I second using a managed db even if not on AWS. Also dump your static stuff behind CloudFront or another CDN.

Also consider running in Fargate as once you get past the setup part it does make scaling easier
