Thank you for the compliment :) I'm glad someone else thinks they are cool.
You have some very good points. I've lost hours on previous projects trying to figure out what my logo should be, I was making it too much of a priority.
Maybe this marketplace can alleviate that for some people.
I'd say you need to make the vector. They are simple enough that a tracing program could do it with high accuracy, but any graphic logo I buy definitely needs to be scalable and clean at any resolution.
Very nice though!
Are you feeding in particular words to the generator? Do they have meaning, where it might be valuable to include keyword searches? I'm interested in the area and how these were created, but guessing you don't want to share too much.
Printing a logo on a t-shirt would require very high resolution or it will look pixelated or blurred. Storefront and billboard sizes are out of the question unless you have vectors.
I've been playing around with AI for a couple of months now and I've made some really cool logos (at least I think they are cool). I thought it would be a bummer to let them sit around in a folder on my laptop so I decided to create a marketplace.
The hardest part was trying to figure out how to add the watermarks with php (that's what I use, sorry). Another thing I had to take into consideration was how to store all the thumbnails, watermarked and regular logo images. I currently have them on my server's file system but might have to change that if I try and scale this at all.
Ok, fair enough. I do have terms on other side projects of mine so it makes sense and is the right thing to do. I'll get some terms added. Thank you for the feedback.
Hello everyone. I've been working on this for a couple of weeks and wanted to share. Creating logos for my side projects has always been a pain, it usually consists of a font awesome icon or something hacked together in powerpoint. I thought it would be cool to scratch my own itch but also play around with a super cool technology at the same time.
It's pretty straightforward...provide a few details about your business/company and let the robots do the rest.
This isn't really a Show HN, it's a paid service. "Let the robots do the work" isn't really satisfying and isn't in the spirit of show HN posts.
It would be more interesting to see something about the workflow you have for generating the logos, and maybe the economics of it. As is, unless I missed it, there isn't really any content for people to engage with, only the option to buy a logo.
I actually think it's a cool idea, and am curious how automated you are able to make the process
Thanks for the feedback.
Right now I have the prompt generation 90% automated. There is also some post-processing I'd like to automate as well (AI sometimes comes up with some wacky results).
I added a "complete mission" button that marks your list as complete, updates stats and rains down confetti.
I made the "cancel mission" button smaller and moved the location as well as adding a "add" button to add items to the list. You can still hit enter to add an item.
