Could Elon Musk's omnipresence have a negative effect on gov and tech relations?

REFERENCE: Today, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella and President Brad Smith had a call with the incoming president. Elon Musk 'casually' joined the call.

I understand that Elon Musk has a DOGE (Dept. of Gov Efficiency) role in the incoming administration and just from reading online has free roam, almost a floating position. MEaning he can be part of any conversation as he desires as his department is an overseer of all the other government departments. Could this boundless privilege actually force large tech companies to not be as open in discussions with the president and government given he is, for the most part, a direct competitor to all these folks businesswise. I doubt most companies would be as open with vision and plans if Elon is just listening in.

You dont have worry about them. Read Pareto's Circulation of the Elite.

As long as they are screwing with each other, the amount of time they have to exploit the plebs reduces.

"Could?"
