Heating is absolutely uncommon in kathmandu. People depend on sunlight for warmth and when no sunlight, no warmth. They live in cold place. SInce no heating, very very cold. I think I will go to a library(I've to pay 5K/month for AC equipped library)....I know culture no difference.
