Addressing Police Misconduct Laws Enforced by the Department of Justice (justice.gov)

My civil rights were recently violated by a Detective Sergeant Supervisor of Orlando Police Department because he did not like that fact that I was meeting with politicians and was also a medical marijuana patient. He, his son, his wife, and his son's friends began harassing me for nearly 2 years after attempted reports to Internal Affairs and the Chief of Orlando Police Department Eric Smith.

The Detective Sergeant Supervisor eventually came into my workplace and Baker Acted me, placing me into a mental institution for 5 1/2 days. The moment I got out of the mental institution I reported him and a few other deputies to the Governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis. Governor DeSantis responded immediately by firing three deputies and eventually managing the internal affairs complaint himself after continued stalking and harassment from two of the deputies, their children, children's friends, their own friends and family members.

He is now indicted and I am pushing for an indictment for his son.
