So no thought put into the people that physically can't walk or take a bicycle? In a cold climate, it makes matters even worse.


They do some of that but when the government is subsidizing cars there are going to be more cars and less alternative to cars than there would be otherwise.


Bike paths and public transit are wheelchair accessible.

How do people get around in America's sprawl when they're too old, young, poor or disabled to drive?


Someone drives them.
