The context is everything...but actually, that just depends on who you are and is therefore subjective. For me, it isn't immediately obvious why such a test would even be necessary, so I find the source of it to be much more informative than the test itself...almost like transferring an experience rather than a cold hard fact...the latter of which I find incredibly unsatisfying.



Good point, if you aren't regularly thinking about what is and isn't an open source license, the desert island test must feel a bit weird to think about.
