There was definitely a "Silicon Valley" (the tv show) vibe - the one where Hooli was using the new compression technology to livestream a UFC fight. Or the "make a gesture! Discussion between gavin and bighead.

I think shit happens, it's almost a law of nature that something is going to go wrong in a big event like that, no matter how thorough the preparation. I don't think it's a big deal. Though I'd expect people are paid a lot of money to ensure everything is perfect, so I understand why heads would roll.
