In Web 2 (that site) an ad appears that covers all the content on the article and you either hit the back button or manage to find where they hid the "X" button to hide the ad.

In Web 3 you click on a web page and somebody steals $750 million from some organization somewhere and then... It's all over. Nothing more to see here. Move on folks.
