My old office faced a baseball field and I was hoping to be able to watch the players train and play, but I don't know if I'll still have it when it is all said and done.
The 2 months in March and April I was remote were the most productive months of my time here. However, they were the least productive of managements, and they took it out on us with an unrealistic schedule that we got lambasted for not finishing in a timely manner. We've been back in office since. A remote option even post covid is very much necessary for wherever I'm going next.
