Tl;dr: Many women have painful sex; many more aren't taught how to clearly set, assess and enforce boundaries when it comes to having sex, which means they're left vulnerable to bad experiences of a lesser sort. Sometimes these aversive experiences involve badly-behaving and opportunistic actors, but quite often they do not. Somehow, this proves that those who are concerned that the whole #metoo thing might be getting out of hand are totally wrong and missing the point.
