If you've got 'showdead' on you can see lots of previous submissions marked 'dead'.

None of them look obviously inappropriate but maybe the algorithm sees something I can't. There is a high-ish submission frequency (2-3 per day).

The posting account probably triggered some kind of spam classifier. No comments and a bunch of submissions in relatively quick succession.

Perhaps they're purchasing upvotes?
