If there is incontrovertible proof of God then there is no free will.
Judaism does NOT believe there is proof the earth is only 6000 years old (i.e. young earth creationism has never been part of Judaism).
The Earth is both 6000 years old and billions of years old. (And I mean real years, no semantic games on the meaning of "year".)
