I didn't mean to deride CS terminology, but in TFA it's incoherently thrown around like someone who wants to sound like an expert but can't make solid case for anything and keeps changing their mind about what concepts even apply. I'm not sure where you were going with the trust and interviews thing, but I wouldn't hire the author of this piece (turns out its not one author though, it's a wiki).
