about: Picking only one side to "moderate" is always wrong even if done with context, as it allows brinksmanship to flourish. Searching for negative history but ignoring positive is also wrong. I've been in bestcomments more times than I've interacted with moderators, but still get prejudicial "we've warned you before" when I respond to others' free-pass provocation. A veritable How Not To of forum moderation.

P.S. "Don't respond to provocation"? Take your own advice.
