If they operate botnets, I think it's fair to call them criminals

probably, or if they aren’t directly criminals they’re probably facilitating criminals. but if you were very particular about it you could in theory set up in a country which doesn’t have treaties with any of the countries in which the victims operate.

It's funny how the internal camera which shows how distracted the driver was has way better night vision than the external road camera...

The key here is contrast; plus a IR light at 2 feet works great, at 60 feet...not so much.

The internal camera (let's be honest and call it the scapegoat camera, because that's the only practical use for human "safety drivers" when they are not permanently engaged) must take almost all its light from IR, because we don't see anything of the smartphone screen glare that the eye movement so clearly hints at.

I don't think the driver is looking at her smartphone. I think she's checking the car's monitor (as in a computer screen). Although to be fair, that should be showing the car's view of its surroundings so I don't know what's going on there.

Edit: Nevermind. Someone posted a picture of the car's interior, below and there's no computer screen.

Link?

Sorry - I can't find it. This thread has grown rather.

For a 2011 product I guess we're arriving in the 6/7 year zone :)

Yes we are. I have another already configured in a tab just waiting for me to have the courage to press buy :)

Do you work at Gitlab ? :)

From your link :

"Camlistore (Content-Addressable Multi-Layer Indexed Storage) is under active development."

"The latest release is 0.9 ("Astrakhan"), released 2015-12-30."

If you check the actual changes, it does seem like it's under active development: https://camlistore.googlesource.com/camlistore

It is under active development they just haven't released a new version. The preferred way to deploy it via GCE or Scaleway will use the latest dockerized version. They update it from time to time.

It will if the attacker uses the same custom name for his field. The attacker could try to suck as much data as possible by creating thousands of hidden fields having a lot of possible combinations for the names of these non-standard CC fields, and wait to get lucky.

It looks awesome, but I have an error when I connect my google calendar. The header shows 'connexion failed', and the console says : appBundle.js:454 Uncaught QuotaExceededError: Failed to execute 'setItem' on 'Storage': Setting the value of 'oneview_allEvents' exceeded the quota.

Maybe my calendars are too big ?

Same here
