Portfolio: https://arensc.github.io/ You can find the about me on the portfolio. I am busy updating the portfolio this week so more content will be added. This portfolio is new, I have a bunch of posts coming up from years of accrued experience. I recently had time to build a portfolio since becoming a consultant and pursuing machine learning engineering.

Here is my feed back, this book appears not to be useful and doesn't seem to provide any intuition to why we use any of the linear algebra to do work with machine learning ... it seems like a undergraduate book filled with descriptions of math. I find there needs to be a bridge to explain why we use vectors, how we model then relate it back to the math.

A friend of mine recently wrote this app, before she learned of Felix Krause and the Overkill ruby script. She named it Overkill as an homage to Felix Krause. I personally find it useful if anyone can help her out she going through a tough time. Give it some stars, and perhaps look at her gofundme page. https://www.gofundme.com/replacement-macbook-for-career-goal

I am not sure what startups you are applying for, number one rule in Toronto is 1. never use a recruiter because they take 20-10K of your salary, or the companies hiring budget. 2. Apply to startups that are doing well. I am making 120K cad, at a startup. I am a senior tl in training though.
