After they spent 18 million redesigning the recovery.gov website, http://blogs.abcnews.com/thenote/2009/07/18m-being-spent-to-... resulting in an end product that provides false information http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/jobs-saved-created-congressio... why should we be optimistic that this isn't just another hole to throw money down? As I recall the recovery site was sold to the people as a step towards open government.
