It's a pretty bold, revolutionary statement and I can't seem to figure out the so-called obvious solution. Is it an "interface to everything" like viv.ai [0]?
Even though viv.ai sounds almost exactly like what I'm working on, there are important differences. I would say that viv.ai, being an AI, is more ambitious than my vision.
One of the main superficial difference between viv.ai and my project is speech. I don't believe that speech is a very good interface, and I have no plan to make it part of my system.
I have no doubt that viv.ai has the potential to be as good or better than Google Now, Cortana and Siri, but their focus on speech and natural language interface (from my perspective) will prove to be a huge limitation. Without an interface that forces people to think and communicate more clearly (i.e., not speech), they won't elevate humanity.
