This looks to be a great solution! How hard is it to transform from sitting to standing and vice versa?

Takes less than 10 seconds. Just squeeze handles at sides and lift or lower. It's spring-assisted.

I know that SimplifiedBuilding.com Does offer Adjustable desks. It looks like Donnie just chose not to go for that option.
