Is it possible no one has ever thought about an email service for you to create and then to use for other people?! Specifically thought for this end, for you to use to subscribe your clients to these kind of service and only these so you don't have to wrestle with gmail accounts and you can pass to the next developer or sysadmin or whatever.
And that maybe can track what services you subscribed to, so when you login after 4 years with that address you can go:
'oh right, the vps are on AWS, not on digitalpond right right...'
