The fragmentation of traffic sources might limit Google's growth (i.e. Facebook and other social media are quickly becoming a very meaningful place to advertise). In addition, international competitors and Bing might put more pressure on them.
But in terms of something killing Google - that would have to be a really fundamental screw up and/or shift in the way the Internet works I think. Then again, history is full of wrong predictions :)
