$5000 isn't worth the risk of using 500 non-accredited investors. If you really believe in your company my advice is to put some real sweat equity into your business and
a. get a part time job, restaurant servers get good tips
b. take out a credit card
c. liquidate everything you can to afford it
d. or a combination of all three
