Facebook Killer Feature Arrives (LinnkedIn Killer Feature) (allfacebook.com)

I sincerely doubt this is going to kill LinkedIn. I've actually stopped using Facebook because the signal/noise was all noise. LinkedIn is far more professional and just being able to group my Facebook friends isn't going to do much unless I can make Facebook show different profiles to different groups of people. But, you know, why bother? LinkedIn works great for professional contacts, can't see any reason to try to embed LinkedIn inside Facebook.

I totally agree that this is not a LinkedIn killer, but if FB is able to eventually get everyone on it, then this could be a LinkedIn killer...nevertheless this is a much needed feature

This is not a LinkedIn killer.

As an example:

Facebook's job search feature is a joke - it's just a section of the "Marketplace" and is filled with the typical "Make money from home" ads.

LinkedIn solves legitimate problems business people have with Facebook and other social networking services.

My Boss (Executive VP) is on LinkedIn.

His Kid (15 year old daughter) is apparently on Facebook.

Sounds to me like it's two different worlds. I highly doubt I'll be seeing my 50-some year old boss on Facebook giving me Vampire bites any time soon.

Only if she was a bit older heheh... I do see your point, but I still think you'll be surprised to see how many important, and influential people are actually on fb and use it... also LinkedIn is def a more professional place but you don't always want to spend your time with your bussiness connections and in the office, sometimes there are other ppl in your so called social graph that you would like to socialize with and have fun ...and for that you def have to come to fb and not linkedin

"Facebook Killer Feature" - means a feature Facebook developed, meanwhile...

"LinkedIn Killer Feature" - means a feature that will kill LinkedIn.

Confusing. Yet another reason never to use "killer feature" or "_____ killer."

Whatever it is, it's a killer LinkedIn killer Facebook feature!
