I can't see how it differs from any other streaming web site. Why would any particular person upload her video to your site and not to YouTube? How does it differ?

Yeah, I know that that's a problem right now, but I'm hoping to rely on users upload for content on my website. Hopefully I can get some reliable users and that won't be a problem.
