Access to a photocopier was the holy grail for D&D kids in the 80s, even with all the non-repro blue maps TSR switched to.


Pretty important in late 70s early 80s UK for fanzines as well. Not to mention cut-up poster art (screen printing got you big posters but was smelly, slow, expensive and you needed access to the press). Does anyone else remember 'justifying' columns of text with squared paper and then typing it out?
