Ask HN: How do you avoid or bypass ajax.googleapis.com?

I'm trying to wean myself off Google. The biggest hurdle I'm having is blocking ajax.googleapis.com.

So many websites out there use it and if I don't allow my browser it to connect to it, their website breaks.

What options do I have?
