In a recent post (*), the very important problem of how do you pay and reward for talent was raised, following P. Drucker ideas, I think that a new type of coin should be created: mindtcoin is a mind-talent-coin, a way to reward the talent. People could give mindtcoins to those they admire, the new virtual coin could get some traction and get into the real world of real money but that transformation is a process to be defined, a goal could be to win the 100000 dollar award of (2).
As there is no new thing under the sun, is very likely such an idea has been formulated before, but I think now is the moment to ripe from such an idea/project.
