I have a startup company and one of the things we put in the business model was the possibility of being bought by a larger company.
Is there anything I can do in terms of paperwork, financials, software, or anything else in the event of a potential buyer, to have my ducks properly in a row to make sure the purchase goes as smoothly as possible?
