if they are guilty, they'll just go to a higher court and so on until they are allowed to go to the European courts where they certainly would win the case.
It might take a few years to get there tough
That's my thought too. There might be political pressure in Italy to hinder competition to traditional media, but once this goes to the European courts, it's only going to go in Google's favour.
