If uber had some kind of UberKid service where you paid a premium for somebody with a college degree in a childcare-related certification (ECE, educational assistant, teacher, etc) and thus a proper professional qualifications and a cert at stake, then it could work but it would have to be a large premium to attract drivers with that sort of background.
