Agreed that the end goal isn't unethical or illegal, but the way they're doing it has some unethical effects, i.e. every time they find out that they've been assigned a guy they already sent a recruitment pitch to, they cancel a ride, meaning somebody wasted gas and time to go to a non-existent fare.

I don't see anything wrong with trying to lure your competitor's employees away, but fucking up their business as a knock-on effect isn't okay.



Yeah, I see your point - that's definitely not cool.
