Trying to find some good reads on public feedback forms (like uservoice). What are the good and bad points. I cant find too many writups, if anyone has any links of good reads, let me know. Or if you have experience, maybe you started with them and moved away from them, or didnt have them and thought they were great when introduced. Cheers
