Is this in cambridge/somerville? Big companies moving into Kendall Sq are pushing up rents like mad.

Not that close to Boston at all. Stoneham, just in the 95 loop. Rent went up to 1250 for a 1 bedroom.
I forgot that my price is higher because they allow dogs. Very few places do.
