If you open Content Settings -> Manage Exceptions and add the Piconka extension id (which is cnjhpammhediiacllmhbobnmpnfbnfha) instead of a host pattern, it should work.

Just the id didn't work, but adding "chrome-extension://fpienblnmnnlojdcknfmeicdefhafako" seems to work. Thanks.
