Hiring: Developer & Customer Support Manager

This technology is capable of delivering the holographic interfaces seen in Iron Man, Avatar and Minority Report.
We are Hiring a Developer & Customer Support Manager. You will be responsible for supporting the builders and the users of the first applications on Meta.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3-5 years experience managing developer/customer support personnel teams of 10 or more.
* Strong technical background and familiarity with technical products and supporting developers.
* Experience implementing and managing support systems to triage requests for support from both end users and developers including:
- email
- chat
- forums
Additional experience that would be valuable:
* Managing large developer events or hackathons
* Organising conferences
* Managing online developer communities
* Managing documentation systems for both developers and non technical end users
