We are building out our inside sales team and need a customer-focused and metrics-oriented Sales Management leader who will hire, lead, coach and develop the inside sales representatives in a fast-pace collaborative team environment with a rapidly expanding client base. The Director of Inside Sales will report to the founders of the company, including the CEO. Responsibilities:
Acts as the lead in hiring, training, developing,motivating, and coaching ISR's.
Establish and enforce inside sales processes to maximize team efficiency and effectiveness.
Design and implement a scalable training program and materials for new inside sales reps.
Ensures continuous improvement of ISR’s by driving key activity metrics around dials, conversations and appointments set, opportunities generated, and deals closed.
Conducts weekly reviews with all ISR’s to understand training and development needs, build more effective communication, and provide insight for the improvement of the Inside Sales program.
Reports on metrics to measure the performance of the Inside Sales activities and corrects deficiencies where necessary.
Collaborates with company founders to measure and inspect innovative sales programs and initiatives.
Collaborates with marketing and product team on content development and improvement.
