I think this whole Aereo case is crap. Those signals are out there in the air and ready to be grabbed by anyone. Aereo has taken a very interesting approach to the system but I don't see how that is any different than every subscriber having their own antenna on their roof connected to their own DVR. This is just a co-located antennas much like co-located servers.
