Hi all, I'll be in Brussels next Friday (March 14th) for a meeting and am looking for a space to host 5 people for a discussion from 10am to 3pm.
Does anyone know if it is possible to book a room at ULB for that time? I've done it at my old university here in the US but not sure if it works the same way there.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
