We are a team of three people, and 2 of them are completely inactive, I suspect that they are already working on something else or looking for another job.
After almost 2 years there isn't any revenue yet, and it doesn't even have many active users, but I still think that it could be huge.
At this point I really don't know what to do, continue alone? Close everything and do something else?
What would you do? Or what did you do when you had a similar situation?
