SuSE Linux support added for cdist 3.0.0

Thanks a lot to the work of Daniel Hueule, cdist learned a lot about SuSE Linux. cdist gained support for __zypper_repo and __zypper_service and additionally a bug in __package_zypper was fixed.

By the way, cdist 3.0.0 will be awesome - it contains the new messaging framework!
