JBQ's quitting is devastating to the AOSP ecosystem. In so many different ways that I'm having a hard time putting my thoughts together on this topic.
Having had the benefit of following his posts and rants both from inside as well as outside google, I find it difficult to overstate the impact of this event on real and perceived openness of the platform.
