Of course on HN, this story has been big news, with related posts seemingly taking up most of the front page over several days, but here in the UK the main media response has been pretty underwhelming, with just seemingly casual mention on TV and newspapers with no sense of outrage that I can notice. A few important politicians have posted statements that it is all very legal etc. Very disappointing.
