I guess I'll just have to sit tight for 10.8.3, and then when I have a lull in work go to an Apple store and try to get the panel swapped. Glad to hear they finally acknowledged the ghosting issue.

I had 2 screens replaced on this retina, this is both the best and worst apple laptop i've ever had.

Time to try the power stuff to see if I can stop the stupid power management bugs.
