I've had a few internships where I've done good work, but never owned a project completely. I think I'd be great in a junior position, but most job posts I find are looking for senior engineers with 5 years experience in $TECHNOLOGY. How did these senior engineers they're advertising for become senior? Can anyone shed any light on this?
