I’m curious why CC and not Claude app, for example which has all the connectors and doesn’t require a terminal to interact with whereas CC is designed as harness for coding tasks (that’s what it excels at).

If you ask the lady, where are the customer data? How can I have the same CRM on my computer? How can we let the boss follow up on leads (typical CRM stuff) what would she say? Would she need to go back to CC and ask? How does this work in practice?

Product management is a thing, you don't have to be particularly technical to do it (although it helps).
