Oh for sure. And at the time these were done, I'd guess cracking them was a lot more work. But still. 4.

This key 4 was from a new ceremony, they must have hit the highest security key just recently and wrapped around.

That is certainly a theory. Another one would be they mistyped a command and rolled with it.

I mean more than a typo the keys look like some guy just typing in random numbers, and the company did say they had some deviations to procedure.
