I maintain a SPEC_SHEET.md file while asking the agent to keep teaching me the detail of the changes made or feature built after every iteration. This gives me a small handbook after I finish the project. I keep reading it like a book and learn how things are working inside the codebase and sometimes when required, I follow the code side by side while reading the spec-sheet.
