I also wish I could find a situation like that. My tendencies have caused me a lot of problems in my career. It seems that most companies really prefer the 9-5 worker who does predictable, incrementally reviewable amounts of work every day at a steady pace instead of showing up with a big amount of work done once a week or so and doing who knows what the rest of the time.
